These are the shoes belonging to the youth at our lock-in. They went out in the wet, and took them off as they came in. Sorry for the delay after I said I was going to catch up. I’ve been bitten by the sick bug, but I will catch up eventually. Unless I decide it’s a wash and just pick up from current. I’m almost a week behind, and none on the pictures are of a new tv or tv mount, so the idea is sorely tempting.

I’m not terribly pleased with the color here. In fact, I am not pleased with it at all. I tried with and without the flash, and both methods were a wash. It’s strangely monochromatic in the photo, but it’s beautiful to the naked eye. Also on the face, LOL!

You know, it’s never a good thing to pull your SD card out of the vacuum. Just sayin’. Nontheless, mine clogged the other day, and when I cleared it, there in the dust and rubble was a mangled memory card. And by mangled, I mean the little plastic bits were all twisted and it was just sad. I wish I had known about Flashback Data Recovery. They say they can retrieve data from just about anything, and if they can’t get the data back, you don’t have to pay. It’s too late for me, at least for that card, because I convinced myself it had nothing of value on it, and I tossed it. But, next time……..I’ll know I have other, better options.
Hmm, I wonder if they could recover the stuff on the hard drive dh wiped and reinstalled Windows on trying to fix a networking issue?

I can not believe I have fallen so far behind on the PAD, ya’ll. I only actually missed one day, and that’s even with the lock-in. Still, I am four days behind in posting!!! EEKS! In order not to overload those on the feed, I am going to just post a couple per day until I am all caught up, and I apologize profusely!

4 A.M. Saturday, youth lock-in at church. Hooo-rah!

And oh by the way, if you are needing a new memory card, I just saw the best buy on a Kingston 2GB SD I’ve seen in pretty much ever. You can get the micro and the mini adapters plus a USB reader for just 14.95. That’s pretty sweet.

But it’s HUGE! I told dh to get me nothin’ on Valentine’s Day, but to wait until everything was on sale. He listened, and I was rewarded with this cute teddy bear. It was sitting on my desk when I came out of the bathroom. Did I just say bathroom two posts in a row? I think I did.

Re: bathroom: Yep. Sure enough, there it is, here and there.

Stuntman built this contraption, and it’s supposed to find moms. As if he needs one to find me, since the furthest I get to go is the bathroom!

An apple (or pear, or orange or apparently even an avocado) a day keeps the doctor away. Although it’s not cheap, and in fact, I could have paid the monthly premiums on some term life insurance for the cost of the fruit in this basket. But insurance policies just don’t taste as good as fruit, now do they?
