Self Portrait Sunday October 14, 2007
Here I am at the 2007 Memory Walk, on Saturday. I think I look like Aunt Judy in the picture, which is mildly freakish, since I never have before.
She’s a platinum blonde, though, which I obviously am not. Although that glint is my own gray hair, not hidden silver cufflinks, so I may be able to go blonde soon enough.

I love this photo. Not only do you look beautiful, you look as if you have a wry humor, are confident and wise: somebody I would like to get to know. The arm-stretch for self-portraits looks like a hurrah here.
Here we are for this week. Can’t assess your resemblance to Aunt Judy, but it’s a great cause to be out and about for.

I always find it a little disconcerting when I look at a picture and see a relative - yikes! But you look great and you’re walking for a good cause so yea for you!!!

Is this the walk in Reno? I almost did that one but found one close to home in Las Vegas. This was the first time my husband and I participated in a fundraiser and it felt really good to help make a difference for such an awesome cause!
