I ran across a source for batteries that i want to share with you. You know digital cameras eat batteries like pez candies, and I get to share my rechargeables with all my kids toys, too, so I am always on the lookout for a good deal on them. USBatteries carries a huge selection, and they have free shiping on orders over $50. You know it doesn’t take long even at their prices to run up a $50 bill for batteries. I wish I had known about this site when I was looking for laptop batteries a couple of weeks ago! I could have saved myself shipping from China.

How do you like my new home furniture? I think it’s going to help me a lot. And I am glad that most of that is clean laundry that I am re-washing with HE detergent. I’d hate to think I actually got that far behind on the actual laundry, although I guess the over-all effect is the same, now isn’t it?

The street in front of my house has looked like this for a couple of months now. I wonder how long it will take the powers-that-be to do something about it?
I wanna go!
I wanna go on a cruise. Strictly for photographic purposes, of course. I’m thinking of a photo-essay type thing, starting with the berthed ship, and ending with a shot taken back over the shoulder as you disembark for the last time. I’ve seen photos taken on cruises before, but never a whole series to tell the whole story. I think it could be done in such a way that words would be almost superfluous, given enough memory cards and batteries.
