This is my new blog. It’s a photography blog.

So I know you are all wondering why we are here.
We are here because I am a crappy photographer who plans to get better. I take a lot of pictures of my children and my knitting, and frankly, I am less than impressed. Like, way less than impressed. So unimpressed that I could just sleep through my own photographs. Not good. Photography has fascinated me since I first saw pictures, and I took my one and only class in middle school. As a home-schooler, I firmly believe in the ability to self-educate, and that’s just what I plan to do.

Why Digi-Cass?
I plan to use a digital camera for the most part, because of the ability to instantly see your results. As for the Cass part, well, that’s me.

I think that about wraps it up for now. As you can see from the looks of things so far, I have a lot of work to do. I can’t just sit here chatting all night.
